Mods, Clients, & Resource Pack Guidelines
Custom mods, clients, and resource packs can help you customize your Minecraft experience. Our goal is to allow modifications that enhance your gameplay without creating an unfair advantage over other players. Please contact a staff member if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific modification.
Allowed Mods
• Performance or Feature Improvement Clients, such as Optifine and Badlion/Lunar Client
• Aesthetic Modifications, such as texture packs, shaders, brightness/gamma mods
• Litematica/Printer
• Inventory-sorting mods
• Auto-Swap Tools (except in PVP)
• Auto-Clickers (except in PVP)
• Armor & Effect Status
• Macros, only for simple tasks, such as crafting, walking in a straight line, or sending commands. Complicated tasks and scripting, such as turning your player or sending chat messages, is not allowed.
Disallowed Mods
• Mining assistance, such as x-ray and automine.
• PVP advantages, including Kill-Aura, Reach, Anti-Knockback, Auto-Clickers, or Macros.
• Minimap, Freecam, Radar maps/mods that show anything invisible to you.
• Fly speed, or other movement mods.
Any modifications that violate any of our rules.

Changes to this guide will be documented in the Changelog directly below. Please note any changes to Snailcraft Rules will be documented on the Rules page. Changes will also be announced in the #changelog channel in our Discord server.
